  • Telegram connection data: Telegram chat identifiers, bot interaction history, command activity, connection status, and related timestamps.
  • Threads authorization and creator data: Information made available through your Threads authorization, including profile, posts, replies, engagement signals, and related performance data.
  • Messaging data: Messages you send to HeyMetis and messages HeyMetis sends to you, including delivery status where available.
  • Preferences: Briefing time, topics, report settings, pause or unlink choices, and other configuration you choose.
  • Technical data: Basic logs needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve the service, such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, and security events.

If SMS or another messaging channel becomes available, we may also collect the contact details, delivery status, and command activity needed to operate that channel.

  • Provide and operate HeyMetis, including Telegram briefings, Threads analysis, drafts, replies, reminders, and account linking.
  • Personalize messages and recommendations based on your connected account, preferences, and prior interactions.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share Telegram identifiers, phone numbers, or Threads account data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your Choices and Rights

  • Disconnect Telegram: Send /unlink in Telegram or contact support to disconnect a Telegram chat from your HeyMetis account.
  • Manage briefings: Change or pause reports using supported bot commands or account settings when available.
  • Access or deletion requests: Email [email protected] with enough information for us to identify your account.
  • SMS opt-out if available: If HeyMetis later offers SMS messages, you may reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

HeyMetis is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
