Terms of Service

HeyMetis provides Telegram-based creator workflow tools, including AI-assisted Threads performance summaries, drafting support, reminders, and daily briefings. By connecting your Threads account and using the HeyMetis Telegram bot, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Opt-In and Account Connection

You activate HeyMetis by opening the HeyMetis Telegram bot, starting the connection flow, and authorizing Threads when prompted. You are responsible for the accounts, permissions, and content you connect to HeyMetis.

If SMS or another messaging channel becomes available, separate channel-specific instructions may apply. Message and data rates may apply for SMS.

Message Frequency

Message volume depends on your settings and activity. HeyMetis may send daily briefings, reminders you configure, connection or account messages, and interactive replies to commands or conversations you start.

Opt-Out

You can disconnect Telegram by sending /unlink in the HeyMetis Telegram bot or by contacting [email protected]. If SMS becomes available, you may reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. You may receive a final confirmation message after opting out.

Help and Support

For help, use supported bot commands when available or email [email protected]. If SMS becomes available, you may reply HELP for SMS support instructions.

AI Output

HeyMetis uses AI to summarize, analyze, and draft content. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any output before publishing, sending, or relying on it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse HeyMetis, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, violate platform rules, infringe others' rights, or use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

Third-Party Services

HeyMetis depends on third-party platforms and providers, including Telegram, Threads, hosting, infrastructure, and messaging services. We are not responsible for third-party outages, delays, delivery failures, policy changes, or unavailable integrations.

Telecommunications carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered SMS messages if SMS becomes available.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page. Continued use of HeyMetis after changes means you accept the updated terms.
